We use our tap room as a testing bed for new beers. Some beers in our tap room are
batchs that were brewed in quantities too small to be brought to market, some could be test batches for future seasonals, and
some are not necessarily for mass appeal. Next time you are in Fort Collins come by and check us out!
Casper
5.0% ABV
This is our version of a light session beer. This beer is a showcase for
Pilsner malt and Saphir hops. The result is a beer with a crisp clean almost lager-like flavor. Easy to drink and
goes down smooth.
Māori King
7.0% ABV
This is our new Imperial Saison! Bursting with a lot of fruity tropical
characteristics of passionfruit, mango, and peach from the New Zealand Rakau hops we used. Combined with the pepper and ginger flavors produced by our house yeast, this is a flavor extravaganza!
French Resistance
5.8% ABV
The fight continues! We use the same German malts and German noble hops as
Belgian Resistance but a lower attenuating yeast and a long, cool fermentation results in a rich, malty beer in the
French Biere de Garde style.
Barrel Aged Saison
8.1% ABV
We take our flagship Saison and age it in 2008 American oak chardonnay barrels from
Rombauer Vineyards, a winery in Napa. This results in a buttery Saison with aroma’s of oak, vanilla, and a flavor with a hint
of tangerine.
